"I have been traveling to Fairbanks for a number of years now and your hotel is my most preferred place to stay. Your reception staff have always been more than just professionally courteous, they have been out going and helpful. On one occasion, they even provided assistance working thru a problem I was having with my lap top computer. Another time I was late for a flight at the airport. The taxi was delayed, so the manager on duty gave me a ride in her personal vehicle getting me there in time for my flight.
